This Advanced Total Trainer is manufactured on a larger frame for anyone 6' 2" or taller. Anyone under 6' 2" can also use this gym.

NEW 2" Deluxe Double-Stitched Box Cushion.... The cushion has been upgraded with a Top Grade High Density Foam. Unlike other cushions which are 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick, this Advanced Total Trainer 4000XL cushion is a full 2 inches thick. Many exercises are performed with your knees on the cushion.... the thicker cushion will help prevent bruising to the knees.

NEW 4" Longer Cushion.... The cushion on the Advanced Total Trainer 4000XL is 4 inches longer than standard Total Trainer models which offer 10 Levels of Resistance.
