Total Trainer Pilates Pro System TT3500

The Pilates Pro Total Trainer System comes with both Total Trainer and Pilates accessories including two instruction videos and manual, making this system very versatile. Attention was given to details such as chrome plating the rails. You will notice the fine workmanship on the cushion. This attention to details sets the Total Trainer Pilates Pro TT3500 apart from all other home gyms.

The glide board is 14" x 46" inches in length and is covered with 2" inches of high density foam padding making the board very comfortable for the user.

The Total Trainer Pilates Pro TT3500 is equipped with Ball Bearing Rollers. Unlike anything before, the new roller system delivers an exceptionally smooth ride.

NEW Power Cords

The Power Cords on the Pilates Pro Total Trainer are used especially for Pilates workouts and increase the flexibility and adjustability of your resistance needs.

NEW Power Bar

Another feature that makes the Pilates Pro Total Trainer System unique is that you can add 100 pounds of weight to the Power Bar. Adding weight increases your level of resistance tremendously. Advanced users often add weight to increase the resistance while performing exercises such as leg squats, calf raises, etc.

NEW Bicep Curl Press Bar

One of the most popular attachments is the Bicep Curl Press Bar. This bar is interchangeable with the conventional twin handle system, which makes the Total Trainer more versatile.

NEW Pro Ab Crunch Strap

The Pro Ab Crunch Strap has been reshaped and lengthened to give you more control. This new creative design gives a more comfortable feel to the shoulders and neck while allowing you to concentrate on developing tighter, more defined Abs.

Sit Up Cuff Strap

The sit-up cuff strap has been lengthened to accommodate a larger shoe size.
