Spirit is the only treadmill manufacturer offering electronics with enhanced diagnostics. Simple to operate, the commercial series has the ability to evaluate important technical service issues on it's own. Information on line voltage, amp draw, component temperature and motor speed is readily accessible. No other treadmill on the market can make this claim. Our on-board diagnostic system can test key operations, LED display, incline functions and much more with ease. Eight simple but effective diagnostic lights minimize service needs even further. An exclusive twin micro-processor system ensures absolute reliability.

Motor Control:
Spirit's exclusive field proven micro-processor driven DC motor control is designed to operate at 50% less than it's maximum available power. The reserve ensures optimum reliability, performance and long life. The Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) design is virtually silent with over 18,000 cycles-per-second feedback ability. Critical devices in this component are protected against overload by a temperature reset system. This feature protects the device against heat related failure. With the highest rated capacity on the market, Spirit's electronic system provides fifty percent more available horsepower than any other treadmill offered.

Rollers/Belt/Deck:
The SC Series feature heavy duty machine crowned steel rollers. Treadbelt guides are used in tandem, giving Spirit an exclusive dual tracking system. This virtually maintenance free design is offered only by Spirit. All of our premium quality commercial Treadbelt are made in the United States. The SC735 features a thick dual sided reversible phenolic deck.

Power/Drive Train:
At the heart of every Spirit model is a continuous duty rated motor with the industry's highest torque and horsepower ratings. This power plant runs quietly and efficiently with a smooth, consistent, hesitation-free power transfer. The all steel, zinc plated flywheel is a high inertia design, taper fitted to the motor shaft to ensure vibration free performance.

TraxFlex™:
Experience the comfort and stability of Spirit's TraxFlex™ low impact control system. Our single pivot, bio-mechanical design combines a contoured all steel frame with an elastomer suspension system. TraxFlex™ is the softest, safest, most impact-absorbent running or walking surface on the market which reduces stress to the feet, ankles, knees and spine. It has been highly effective in therapy and offers outstanding benefits to users with running- or walking-related injuries.
