1) The Spirit Elliptical Trainer ZE120 features an easy to use electronic console with blue back-light LCD display. This Spirit Elliptical Trainer ZE120 includes a built-in fan and water bottle holder.

2) The Spirit Elliptical Trainer ZE120 offers a smooth natural motion provided by a whisper quiet drive system. The combination of a heavy flywheel (24 lb.) and a high gear ratio not found on comparable models means an extremely smooth feel with plenty of resistance at the top end for an elliptical machine that will provide a challenging workout.

3) With the Spirit Ellitpical Trainer ZE120, upper body exercise provides a total body workout.

4) The Spirit Elliptical Trainer ZE120 offers stationary handle bars with built-in pulse sensors for monitoring your heart rate. A heart rate chest strap is an optional addition for hands free pulse monitoring and heart rate interactive programs.

5) Oversize foot pedals are part of the Spirit Elliptical Trainer ZE120 for a comfortable workout. These unique foot pedals were designed in collaboration with a leading physical therapist and sports enthusiast. Together with Spirit engineers, we have designed in a 2° inward slope to the foot pedals which reduce ankle and knee stress that is common in other elliptical machines.

6) The four rear wheels which ride on heavy duty rails provide a smoother more stable feel and reduce side to side foot pedal motion. The Spirit Elliptical Trainer ZE120 offers this feature found only on more expensive elliptical trainer models.
