Shipping Policy
Beyond Moseying uses a variety of shipping methods to assure that your equipment arrives safely and efficiently. Extra charges may occur for heavy or fragile items that require extra packing. Please note on your receiving slip any noticeable damage to packages or equipment before you sign the receipt. Shipping quotes are available to you upon request.
Return/Cancellation Policy
At Beyond Moseying customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you become displeased with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return it for a full refund minus any shipping, handling and restocking expenses. All returned equipment must be in the original packaging.
Please note: There will be a 15% handling and restocking fee for any returned equipment.
Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses on returned promotional items (this means items sold with free/reduced shipping offers).
Cancelled or refused orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus actual shipping charges if already shipped.
**** The above Return/Cancellation policy does not apply to hydraulic circuit equipment and all special orders requiring deposits to begin the manufacturing process. Deposits are not refundable and will not be returned for purchases of special ordered equipment.
