BodyCraft Home Gym model Lever is no longer available. Please click here for current exercise equipment and pricing.
Lever
Home Gym & Strength Training System combines the benefits of barbell training
with the safety of a weight machine.... with NO Cable Changes!
FREEDOM.
Freedom to control the weights precisely. Individual plate loading gives the
advantage of smaller incremental increases and higher total weight capacity
compared to a weight stack.
Freedom to quickly perform a complete range of strengthening exercises. The
easy-to-recognize layout provides a variety of exercises for every major muscle
group.
SAFETY. Simply squeeze the unique Self-Spotting Handle to easily set
the beginning and ending points of the range of motion for each exercise performed.
With
the self-spotting feature activated, you have no need for worry of failure!
Also allows the user to begin and end at the top of the movement, just like
a freeweight bar (especially useful for Squats)!
All angles and pivot points are optimally placed to provide proper supported
form, and minimize the risk of injury.
EFFICIENT. Saves time with easy, straightforward design. Extremely easy
to adjust Weight Bench and Press Arm.
By
utilizing one simple spring-loaded pin, the Bench easily slides into position
for decline, flat, incline and vertical (shoulder) presses.
The Bench doubles as a dumbbell bench! Bench swivels out of the way for Squats.
The Press Arm adjusts just as easily by utilizing the Self-Spotting squeeze
handle. The Self-Spotting Handle provides both a beginning/ending point, and
a safety spotter.
Overhead and Mid-Pulley Stations are both tied to the smooth-sliding plate
holder.
Switch
from Pull Downs to Mid Rows by simply grabbing a different handle!
SPACE SAVING
Fits into a corner or against a wall, leaving room for Cardio equipment.
