While versatility is the hallmark of the BodyCraft K2 Strength Training System, it all begins with the traditional horizontal bench press design, which allows for proper angles of decline, flat, incline, and shoulder presses. The bench is easy to adjust and, if preferred, removable, allowing for squats.

Exercise charts are mounted right to the machine. The versatility comes into play with the Adjustable Cable Arms. A trademark of Body Craft products, these Arms provide access to every exercise that can be performed with dumbbells, sports-specific exercises, lifestyle-type training (such as putting heavy items on a shelf), and core training type exercises. All roller pads are upholstery covered--a new upgrade for Body Craft machines and the leg extension /curl station automatically adjusts to the user’s leg length.

Adding to the durability of the product, the system uses industrial pillow block bearings for a smoother movement action. Best of all for home users, the design allows for placement in a corner, leaving room for other equipment in the room.
