Maximum resistance: Seventeen adjustment levels reaching up to fifty degrees of angle provides more natural resistance than any other body weight resistance equipment on the market.

And if you want to add weights, you can do that too, but we doubt you’ll want to. Oh, and we don’t use pulleys with our cable exercises. This makes certain that you get the most natural resistance out of every exercise.

Adjustable Cable Resistance: BodyRail cable heights are adjustable to any of the 17 levels. This allows the user to focus resistance exactly where it is needed and ensures proper form when performing cable exercises. Having the ability to adjust both the rail angle and cable height allows users literally hundreds of resistance combinations from which to choose. Even our more expensive competitors on infomercials don’t offer this.

Safety: There is no exercise equipment out there that is safer for resistance exercise than BodyRail. Because you are using body weight for resistance, you never lift any weight over your head, thus reducing stress and strain on your back and joints.

Ease of Use: Want to do a bar exercise? Just slide the bar through one of the rail sleeves. Not only is the bar easy to move in and out, it is free floating so it rotates as you go through your exercise motion, just like working out with free weights.

Need clearance under the rail for leg or swimming exercises? Just take the foot platform and insert it underneath the foot of the rail. Our more expensive competitors on infomercials don’t offer this.

Done with a cable exercise? Simply drop the cables to the side.

Want to move the machine to another spot? It collapses in seconds and rolls away.

Want to mount it to the wall? Every BodyRail is wall mountable. Huh, the competition doesn’t offer that either. And when a wall mounted BodyRail is stored, it takes up only 6” by 14” of floor space. That’s 6 inches by 14 inches.
